JOE KLIMCHAK
IN-GAME HOST, PITTSBURGH PIRATES

ABOUT JOE
For more than two decades, Joe Klimchak has had the privilege of working in front of live audiences.
As the In-Game Host of the Pittsburgh Pirates, he’s welcomed fans to PNC Park and spent thousands of nights in an environment filled with energy, excitement, and unpredictability.
But what Joe learned over the years had very little to do with baseball.
Because behind every big moment, behind every celebration, behind every success story … Are thousands of ordinary ones. Quiet moments. Unseen moments. Moments where no one is clapping. Moments that don’t feel important, but are.
Joe’s message grows from a deeply personal journey. As a child, he struggled with a speech impediment — a challenge that made his dream of using his voice professionally feel painfully out of reach. What changed his life wasn’t sudden confidence or natural talent. It was guidance, persistence, and a gradual understanding that growth happens slowly, often invisibly, and almost always through small, consistent steps forward.
That experience now shapes the conversations Joe has with audiences everywhere.
Through a relatable, honest, and engaging story, Joe reminds people of something we often forget in a world obsessed with big wins and instant results: Character is built quietly. Not in the spotlight, but in everyday choices. How we handle pressure. How we respond to setbacks. How we treat people. How we show up when the moment feels ordinary.
Whether speaking to educators, corporate teams, healthcare professionals, or leadership groups, Joe creates an experience that feels less like a keynote and more like a shared conversation — one that reconnects people with purpose, perspective, and the deeper impact of their daily actions. Because long-term success, strong cultures, and meaningful leadership aren’t created by extraordinary moments. They’re created by ordinary ones — handled with extraordinary care.
At the heart of Joe’s work is a message that resonates across industries, roles, and generations: What you do every day… And how you do it… Truly matters.
