Public Speaking Coaching
Speak with comfort. Connect with confidence.
COMFORT CREATES CONNECTION
Most people believe public speaking confidence comes from doing more: more practice, more polish, more performance. I’ve learned the opposite is true. Public speaking is one of the few skills where you don’t need to add anything to reach a higher level—you simply need to remove the layers that are holding you back. Fear. Tension. Overthinking. The pressure to sound impressive. I work one-on-one with professionals and students who want to feel warm, relaxed, and natural when they speak—whether that’s in meetings, presentations, interviews, classrooms, or leadership settings. In our sessions, we slow things down, focus on connection instead of performance, and build comfort through small, ordinary reps that actually stick. Many clients are surprised by how quickly things shift—not because they learned something new, but because they finally stopped getting in their own way.

FAQ
Who is this coaching for?
This coaching is for professionals who:
-
Feel nervous or tense when speaking
-
Overthink what they’re going to say
-
Avoid speaking up in meetings or presentations
-
Want to feel more relaxed, natural, and confident using their voice
You don’t need to be a “public speaker.” If you speak to people as part of your work, this is for you.
Do I need prior speaking experience?
Not at all. This coaching meets you exactly where you are. Many clients feel like they’re “bad at public speaking” when they start—and that’s completely okay.
How is this different from traditional public speaking coaching?
Most coaching focuses on:
-
Slides
-
Scripts
-
Performance and polish
My approach focuses on:
-
Comfort
-
Presence
-
Connection
When you feel comfortable, confidence follows naturally.
What happens in a 1:1 session?
Each session is supportive and practical. We:
-
Identify what’s really holding you back
-
Practice small, real-world speaking moments
-
Shift your focus from performance to connection
-
Build comfort through ordinary, repeatable reps
There’s no pressure and no judgment.
How many sessions do people usually do?
Some people start with a single session and see immediate improvement. Others choose a short series to build lasting comfort and consistency. We’ll decide what makes sense for you.
Will this help with nerves or anxiety?
Yes. While nerves are normal, this coaching helps you understand them and work with them—so they no longer control how you speak.
Is this only for big presentations?
No. This coaching is especially effective for:
-
Meetings
-
Team conversations
-
Leadership moments
-
Everyday professional communication
The goal is to help you feel comfortable using your voice anywhere.
